Primitive Green Monster Face Folk Art Halloween Shelf made from reclaimed wood, painted lime green on the base and black on the top. I cutout pieces of wood for the teeth and eyes and attached them to make a face. I then distressed the shelf showing the natural wood which gives it a time worn look and feel. Schuyler Rain.

Primitive Green Halloween Monster Face Folk Art Shelf by Schuyler Rain. I constructed this Halloween shelf from reclaimed wood boards leftover from other projects. The reclaimed wood gives the shelf lots of character. I painted this shelf lime green on the base and black on the top. I cutout pieces of wood for the teeth and eyes and attached them to make a face. I then distressed the shelf showing the natural wood which gives it a time worn look and feel. This shelf measures approximately 9 1/4" tall, 3 5/8" deep and 9 1/8" long. I sealed it with a protective sealer and added wire hangers to the back so it's ready for your wall.
